Good Mood Hostel - Evora

this hostel exceeded our expectations. everything was clean and tidy - with this was not a problem. comfortable beds. towels free of charge. comunication with hotel staff was perfect. at first contacted by manager and receptionist already waited for us. breakfast was according to price, but enough to start a new day.

They were a bit short on sheets.

I recently stayed at a lovely hostel in a central location for a few nights. The staff were friendly and provided great recommendations for exploring the area. The hostel had a quirky, old-school vibe that I really enjoyed. As an older traveler, I felt comfortable and welcomed. The kitchen was great for cooking, and the dining room provided a cozy space to relax. The breakfast had a nice selection of Portuguese options and a friendly atmosphere. The hostel's location made it easy to walk around and discover the beauty of the town.

Menu for breakfast could use some improvement - it was a bit basic.

The traditional gastronomy at the "on-site" Good Mood Food was sooo authentic - microwaveable frozen meals have never tasted better! Truly an unforgettable culinary experience.

The noisy bar downstairs was just delightful - who needs a good night's sleep anyway?

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel! The staff was helpful and kind. They provided excellent recommendations for places to eat and explore in the city. The location was perfect, within the city walls and just a short walk away from the historic city center. The breakfast provided at the hostel was excellent, definitely the best part of my stay. the cleanliness, facilities, and the friendly and accommodating staff made my experience here wonderful.

The owner was incredibly welcoming, helping me with my heavy suitcases upon arrival. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. Location was great, close to the train station and easy to find. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. I enjoyed the fact that I could leave my bags at the reception after checking out, and they even allowed me to cook for lunch after I had already checked out. The check-in time was also convenient, allowing me to settle in early. the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, creating a positive and enjoyable experience.

stayed at a cheap hostel in Evora before, but Good Mood exceeded my expectations with its great location, friendly owner, and comfortable triple room with no noise. The common room was nice too, perfect for socializing.

Easy to find, central location, friendly owner. Straightforward check-in and check-out process. Typical Evorian house with unique interior. Short walk to town center, Roman ruins, and good restaurants. Nice bar and cozy square below the building. Roomy with view of street and rooftops. Clean rooms and facilities. Helpful staff. Lovely entrance and shared kitchen. Adequate breakfast.

I had a great stay at Good Mood! The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. I especially loved the ensuite bathroom in the female dorm. The showers were fantastic, with plenty of hot water. I also appreciated that a towel was provided for free, and the breakfast included fresh bread, cream cheese, ham, and more. The location was perfect, close to all the major attractions in town. I highly recommend this hostel for a pleasant and affordable stay.
